South Redford Educational Association is awarding $1,000 to a graduating senior that will be working toward a degree in K-12 education. Applications are now available in the Counseling Office.

South Redford Foundation for Educational Excellence is awarding one $1,000 scholarship to a graduating senior of the class of 2008.  See Dr. William F. Weber Scholarship application for further information or contact Mrs. Bartus.

The Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) Program at the University of Michigan
is pleased to announce a summer program for students who will complete the 9th or 10th grade by June 2008.
The Grace Hopper Project is an exciting one-week nonresidential day-time program for students who are interested in computers, computer science, math, or engineering. For more information please visit www.engin.umich.edu/students/support/wie.

Jeptha Wade Schureman Scholarship Program

-          3.0 GPA,    Fatherless, and plans to pursue a degree in law, nursing, medicine or dentistry

Skandalaris Family Foundation

- Numerous grants available for those with 3.5 GPA,   Minimum Act 27 or SAT 1800

 Great Lakes Division Foundation’s Young Survivor Scholarship Program

-          Cancer survivor, who plans to to attend an accredited college/university in Michigan or Indiana in Fall of 2008 as full time student. Additional criteria stated on application at www.cancer.org/scholarships

 American Polish Engineering Association

-          Be of Polish origin or Polish descent,  3.0 GPA  and is   Enrolling in college/university curriculum focusing on a field of engineering or an allied science

 BigSun Scholarship

-          Student athlete and a high school senior planning to attend a post secondary institute and currently involved in some sport at that institution

 AAA Michigan School Safety Patrol Scholarship Application

-          graduating senior,   3.0 GPA     Minimum 21 ACT or 950 SAT

-          Documented proof of participation in AAA’s School Safety Patrol program
