Purchase an auditorium seating nameplate to support the South Redford Foundation for Educational Excellence.

The South Redford Foundation for Educational Excellence, S.R.F.E.E. is raising funds for the Foundation through the sale of engraved auditorium seating plates.  The seating nameplates make a great gift, a remembrance for a loved one, alumni or graduate.

In addition, community businesses or residents will find an engraved plate to be a significant way to commemorate their partnership with the South Redford School District.  The nameplates are $50.00 each and can be customize with up to two lines of text. Proceeds will go toward student scholarships and the teacher grant program.

Dear South Redford Community,

Another school year is about to come to a close, and the South Redford Foundation for Educational Excellence (SRFEE) would like to take this opportunity to thank each of you for your continued support.

Throughout the 2007-2008 school year, SRFEE has been able to raise funds in excess of $25,000.00 that will go to the students and staff of our district.

For many of you, SRFEE has provided funds to purchase much needed items for your classrooms that will enable both teachers and students to benefit from these items for years to come.

Many of you have volunteered for the annual auction by giving of your time and talents. We enjoyed your company at the annual staff-bowling outing and we hope that you will continue your involvement with SRFEE in the years to come.

Another first for SRFEE this year was the awarding of the Dr. William F. Weber Scholarship to a graduating THS senior.  This is another way that SRFEE has been able to give back to the students and you are a part of that by your continued support. See Scholarship Recipient

As you know, the time has come for our annual Golf Outing, and we are hoping that this year we can fill the golf course and we need your help.  We are in need of golfers and we would like to count on you to participate and spread the word to the surrounding community and your families that we have openings!

Please contact Donna Ghannam at the Board Office as soon as possible and she will make sure that you have a spot.  We realize that everyone is anxious to get their summer under way, and we would love to see you on August 1, 2008.  Registration Form 

Again, that you so much for understanding the importance of what SRFEE stands for and how much we enjoy giving back to the staff and children who are fortunate enough to be part of the South Redford School District.
