 About the Pre-School Program
Students will participate in activities that are designed to encourage the development of readiness skills necessary for a successful kindergarten experience.  Each student attends two-class sessions, for two hours and 15 minutes, twice each week for a total of 56 class sessions.  Parents, or an alternate adult, must attend 8 of these sessions to work individually with their child. For more information contact the teacher phone 313-535-4000 ext 1036.

F.Y.I. Registration or participation in the South Redford Preschool Program DOES NOT mean your child is registered for kindergarten.  We do forward copies of your child’s Birth Certificate, Health Appraisal Form and Residency Affidavit to the elementary school. You will need to contact your local elementary school to register your child for kindergarten.
