South Redford Offers Payment Processing System

South Redford School District is pleased to bring you the online convenience of our new payment processing system, PaySchools.  This program allows you to make school-related payments online via e-check or credit card at your convenience all from our school’s Web site.

Paying for Lunch Just Got Easier

Do you often hear, “I need money for lunch,” as your child heads out the door to school? With PaySchools, last-minute lunch payments are not a problem.

PaySchools is a secure online payment processing system that lets parents pay school fees or make purchases by electronic check or credit card anytime, anywhere. So now, there is no payment request that cannot be met.

PaySchools uses “Secure Sockets Layer” (SSL) software that requires passwords throughout the program and does not store personal bank or credit card information to ensure privacy and security for users.

Please note: payments made by 12:00 a.m. to Food Services accounts will be credited the next business day.

Contact your child's school for question pertaining to PaySchools.

Register at PaySchools
Parents or guardians must create a username and password to make payments. There is a one time set up registration for each child that you will be making payments for. 

The steps below will assist you in the registration process.

1.   Go to the PaySchools site  

           

2.   Click a category link that you will make a payment.
Example Food Services

3.   Click the Add to Cart button

4.   Indicate dollar amount to pay-  (dollar amount must be at least $5.00) then click Set Payment Amount.

5.  Click the Check Out button

6.  At the Check Out screen users are asked to enter an E-mail Address and Password. First time users must register at this point.

7.  You must complete a registration for each child that you will be making payments for. Enter each child's  first and last name, grade and student id number*. Check with the front office of your child's school if you do not have your child's student id number.

* required information to register each child.

Once you are registered then you can pay by e-check or credit card.

Payments by e-check will be directly debited from your bank account. You will enter your bank’s routing number and personal bank account number.

Payments made by credit card you must enter the account number and expiration date for your VISA, MasterCard or Discover credit card. 

After you complete your purchase, a confirmation receipt will be e-mailed to you.
