Pay-to-Participate Fee
The South Redford Board of Education approved the 2008 - 2009 school year budget. The budget included an increase in the fees in pay to participate in athletic sports at Thurston High School and Pierce Middle School. The fee for the pay to participate program will help to offset some costs in the interscholastic athletic program.

The Board adopted a resolution at the
July 14, meeting to increase the fess for pay to participate to be $100.00 per athlete per sport at Thurston High School and $75.00 per athlete per sport at Pierce Middle School. The fee increase will be instituted at the beginning of the 2008 - 2009 school year.

South Redford Sporting Events
Save BIG with a Punch Pass
The admission charge to South Redford fall athletic events is $4.00 per person, per event.  Fans can save money by purchasing an Athletic Punch Pass for $30.00. The pass contains 20 admissions ($1.50 each) and save $2.50 per admission.  For more information on purchasing a Athletic Punch Pass contact the Thurston Athletic Department at
